Remember, people were coming off of the super-arcadey handling of San Andreas or maybe Saints Row 2. So IV having relatively realistic vehicles was kind of a shock.But after people played IV for awhile, they usually noticed how robust the physics were, and that it was really damn satisfying to pull off stunts because they actually needed a good degree of driving skill. There was a real sense of accomplishment in pulling some of them off.
